- Provide
details of all the options available to the client;
- Work
with client to determine which option is best, given site
consideration, budget constraint, time frame available for
completion of the work etc.;
- Prepare
a 3D computer model of the work to show the visual impact
of what the client will get;
- Prepare
a cost schedule and sketches for financiers, if required;
- When
the finance is approved we prepare Architectural and Engineering
plans and specification for Council;
- Whilst
plans are in Council we prepare the selection of finishes
and inclusions schedule;
- When
the plans are released a critical path of the job is prepared
to make an assignment of resources and determine on the
start date;
- We
then get on with it as efficiently as is humanly possible;
- When
the work is finished you will be sad to see our smiling
faces gone, but don't panic we stay in touch for at least
one year to ensure you have no problems with your finished
job;
- Chances
are extremely good that we will see you again when we visit
your friends or relatives when we are called to a joint
venture with them; and
- Throughout
the job all we ask is that you talk to us on anything that
may concern you - for the price of a good cup of tea, we
will give you the benefit of over 150 years of experience
flowing through our veins.
